Shipping Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days, and delivery confirmed by the way of an email.

We will then use a courier service to deliver your items to you. We, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for delays in the shipping process once in the hands of our couriers. While we do our best at ensuring the drivers are responsible and competent, in the end, we have no more control over the delivery times during this phase than you do.

Returns, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping of the goods back to The Pheno. Please use a courier service to return your goods as we are not responsible for non-delivery on returns/exchanges. We will only refund you once we have received and inspected the products.

If you do encounter shipping issues, we will do our best to assist – though we ask for understanding and patience in this process, as much of the delivery at this point is out of our hands.
